Conditions Of Booking (1) The following booking form is a request for the band to play at your event. It may be that we cannot attend at your function because of a previous booking or competition. We will confirm the booking as soon as possible after receipt of your online booking. (2) It is the duty of the persons in charge to ensure that the event is safe, and that all relevant agencies are informed of the event i.e. local Police. If for any reason any member of the band is put in any danger because of a failing by any person connected with the event to ensure the safety of those taking part, it is within our rights to withdraw from the even and request full payment from the organisers. (3) Once the band has confirmed a booking with the organisers and it later transpires that the band is no longer needed for that event. We will require the maximum possible notice of a cancellation, if this is not done then the deposit maybe forfeited if it has already been paid. If not then we will expect a re-imbursement of any expenses incurred. (4) No member of the band will be held liable, if for any reason, the band is not able to attend your even because of circumstances beyond our control. We will give you the maximum possible notice should this arise.
